RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Proactively reach out to prospective customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate insurance options.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong desire and dedication to helping customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to obtain an insurance license in the state of Virginia
